Tag a friend who might enjoy this Milky Way image and journey! — From Lester about this image: — Category: Single Shot Instagram.com/LesterTsaiPhotography Facebook: Lester Tsai Photography Story: Well that lined up nicely! I had expected Comet NEOWISE to be slightly lower over Mt Hood during my second night of shooting our celestial visitor. Settings dialed in and ready to go, my secondary camera was set to timelapse with Mt Hood framed to the left and my main camera positioned dead center. After about an hour of waiting and wondering why the tail still hadn't appeared over the side of the mountain, I panned left and realized OOPS! I had lined it up completely wrong! Without panicking (too much), I quickly adjusted the framing and began shooting. This is what happened! Tag a friend who might enjoy this Milky Way image and journey! — From Matthias about this image: — single "Dinosaur Deaths From Comet" Here is the proof photo. What scientists have long suspected could now be proven with my photo. After I took my test picture of NEOWISE C2020 F3 (comet in the morning sky) on Thursday. I had to get creative somehow. For this I put on a dinosaur costume and stood in the landscape. A small flashlight inside made it shine so beautifully. I think it must have looked like that at our time. best regards Matthias - instagram.com/matthias_rosemann_foto fb.com/MatthiasRosemannFoto - Exif: Sony A9, 70mm, f2,8, iso3200, 6sec. . . . . . #longexposure_shots #nightimages #nightshooterz #nightshooters #nightpics #milkywaygalaxy #astrophotography #astrophoto #astro_photography_ #astro_photography #longexposure #longexpohunter #longexpo #amazing_longexpo #amazingearth #milkyway #nightphotography #night_excl #amazingphotohunter #fantasticuniverse #nightphotography #nightimages #night_excl #longexposurephotography

Heavenly Plunge Into Sicily History – Segesta Temple – Italy Once again the charm of some places in Sicily is indescribable … The Doric temple of Segesta emerges from the darkness of the valley! A unique place without any modern inhabited area. Immersed in nature, it seems to have stood since time immemorial from the hill on which it was built. Silence and the stars once again accompany the search for a dream moment that can allow us to close our eyes and try to relive the inhabited area of Segesta with fantasy. Who knows what the temple was supposed to look like at the time. Perhaps illuminated by fires together with the inhabited area of the ancient city. His remains can still be seen in the mountain above the temple and on the top of which a beautiful Greek theatre was built overlooking the valley. Even today the theatre relives its purpose and, during the summer nights, shows are staged with dramas by ancient representations of Greek and Latin authors. I went to this place with the specific intention of shooting the comet NEOWISE 2020 as it rises behind the temple. In the shot, the comet instead seems to plunge into the temple as if it also wants to immerse itself in history. This scenario could very well be captured in Greece or in one of its ancient colonies. In short, it is not just a place in Sicily but in the entire Mediterranean culture. Therefore, the celestial star reminds us that we are all one people under one sky! #nightscaper #twanight #universe_view_screen #night_shots_ #night_dreamworld #comet #cometneowise #cometa #neowisecomet #segesta #segestatemple #tempiodisegesta #astrofotografia #igerssicilia #igerssiciliabedda #ig_visitsicily #welcometosicilia #_discoveringsicily_ #sicilymylove #siciliabedda #sicilia_bestphoto #sicilia_pics #sicilia_super_pics #siciliaphotogroup #loves_sicilia #igersitalia #italia_super_pics #italia_inunoscatto #italia_landscape #italian_trips
