1,989 sisters is an NFT project by Blair Breitenstein. She’s an artist – and a fashion illustrator. She has been a full-time artist for the last six years. I’m so impressed with her NFT project.
Her artwork reminds me a little of Picasso’s style. However, she has her own style that blends shadows color, and the lines are perfect. I love the big lips, big eyes, and tremendous eyelashes—she sells her original artwork and prints of her illustrations.
She has some impressive Clients such as Prada, Chanel, and Oscar de la Renta. Every NFT in her collection is hand-drawn or painted on paper. When she’s done drawing it or painting it, she scans it then uses Adobe Photoshop to finish the NFT art.
Blair has a twin sister; they were born in 1989. So her collection was inspired to celebrate sisterhood. I think that it is so important to have projects like this. So many women don’t have the support that they should have.
Looking to collect from a talented artist, check out her artwork on Opensea.
